(Or I could refer you to Lemony Snicket’s Thirteen Observations made by Lemony Snicket while watching Occupy Wall Street from a Discreet Distance …) This is horrible. WTF America. Aw, come on!  This is incentive for all homeless people to work extra hard until they can steal hundreds of THOUSANDS of dollars and not go to jail at all!!   SIGH… :\
