If we stop growing, technically and spiritually, we are as good as dead. - O Sensei Morihei Ueshiba I’m *mostly* down with this, but “as good as dead” isn’t accurate, IMO. It’s more like “only potentially alive.”  As long as our internal organs continue processing there’s hope for our lives and our world. So if you need to stop growing for a bit, that’s OK.  Just don’t quit for good.  There’s so much more to learn.
