Here’s another win for capitalism—controlling who gets life-saving meds shouldn’t be a power anyone has—especially an amoral economic system.

From doctorswithoutborders:

Today in New Delhi, patients and activists staged a die-in to protest at talks happening now between the European Union and the Indian government about a free trade agreement that could end production of life-saving affordable medicines. This would affect millions of people in need in developing countries. MSF is supporting the protests and launching a campaign—“Hands Off Our Medicine”—calling on the EU to back down.

About:

The idea is that all of human society is based on a power structure that enslaves the trusting/ignorant and rewards the greedy and the dishonest. From government, to business to our individual lives, all of our actions are tailored to further support a system that exploits all of us and wastes our lives in the process. Website666.com endeavors to explain how. Shape-shifting lizards aren't running the world, but they might as well be. Only a sociopath would think they deserve to run things.
